Growth often begins with curiosity.

Sometimes the questions that bring us to therapy aren’t simply, “How do I feel better?” They’re deeper questions like, “Who am I?” “Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?” “Why do I feel disconnected from myself?” or “How do I make sense of what I’ve experienced?“

Some people come to therapy because life has fallen apart. Others come because something inside them is asking for more—more authenticity, more connection, more meaning, or simply a deeper understanding of themselves. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to explore it alone.

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, questions of identity, and personal growth. I also support individuals integrating psychedelic experiences, helping them make sense of the insights, emotions, and shifts that can emerge long after the experience itself. Whether you’re processing a difficult season of life or exploring a profound experience, therapy offers a space to understand yourself more deeply and move forward with greater clarity.

My approach is active, collaborative, and deeply human. I won’t simply sit back and nod—I engage with you. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, gently uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create space for genuine emotional healing. While our work can be deep and transformative, I also believe therapy can include moments of connection, curiosity, and laughter. Healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy.

As a therapist trained in the Transformational Growth™ Process and somatic approaches, I believe lasting change comes from understanding both the mind and the body. I don’t believe therapy is about becoming someone different. I believe it’s about removing the layers that have pulled you away from who you’ve always been. Together, we’ll regulate your nervous system, process emotions that may have been held for years, reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside, and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

My own journey with mindfulness taught me the power of slowing down, listening inward, and approaching myself and others with compassion instead of judgment. That experience continues to shape how I show up as a therapist—with presence, curiosity, and deep respect for every person’s unique story.

I believe healing happens in spaces where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and accepted exactly as you are. I am committed to creating an environment that honours every identity, background, and lived experience, where you can explore your inner world without fear of judgment.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me spending time outdoors, moving my body, or exploring creative outlets. These practices help me stay grounded and connected so I can bring my full presence into the work we do together.

If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to book a complimentary 20-minute consultation. It’s an opportunity for us to connect, answer your questions, and explore whether we’re the right fit for your journey.
