Some seasons of life ask more of us than we ever imagined.

The birth of a child. The loss of someone we love. A relationship that begins to feel different. A new diagnosis. Caring for aging parents. Sometimes the moments that shape us most are the ones we never planned for. They can leave us feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, uncertain, or wondering how to find yourself again.

You don’t have to navigate those moments alone.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can slow down, breathe, and feel genuinely cared for. A place where you don’t have to hold it all together or have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. While our work can be deeply meaningful, I also believe healing can include moments of warmth, hope, and even laughter along the way.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s most meaningful transitions. Whether you’re grieving the loss of someone you love, adjusting to pregnancy or parenthood, feeling the weight of caregiving, facing changes in your health or identity, or struggling to reconnect in your relationship, therapy can offer a place to pause, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and compassion.

Couples often come to therapy feeling stuck in the same painful patterns of conflict, disconnection, or misunderstanding. My goal is to create a space where both partners feel heard, understood, and supported as we explore the patterns that influence communication, trust, emotional connection, and intimacy. Together, we’ll work toward strengthening your relationship while helping each of you feel seen and valued within it.

As a therapist trained in the Transformational Growth™ Process, I believe lasting healing comes from more than simply managing symptoms. Together, we’ll gently explore the deeper experiences and patterns that have shaped your life, helping you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I have a special passion for supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and the transition into parenthood. As both a mother and a partner, I understand that these experiences often touch every part of our lives—our emotions, our relationships, our bodies, and our sense of self.

Having lived in four different countries, I’ve come to appreciate how deeply culture, family, and community shape the way we understand ourselves and the world around us. I bring a culturally responsive and inclusive perspective to therapy, approaching every person’s story with openness, curiosity, and respect.

Whether we meet virtually from the comfort of your home or in person in my office—slippers provided!—my hope is that you’ll feel comfortable enough to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll work toward helping you find greater clarity, deeper connection, and a renewed sense of yourself.
